  • If you have DMH Cutouts..

Just thought I'd let you guys know -

If you have DMH cutouts and have recently had them fail - I'm sure you know that DMH has apparently fallen off the edge of the flat earth we live on.

I was stuck with two useless cutouts so I decided to dissect it. While I couldn't salvage the gearmotor, I did find a stamp to the manufacturer, Multi Products Company of Racine Wisconsin. They did say that in most cases they would direct me to the OEM supplier (DMH) however they had also not been in contact with him recently, and were very helpful.

If you need new motors, you're looking for P/N 'Spec 3919-A'

Ordered a pair for myself late last week, got them yesterday. Haven't had a chance to wire them up yet, but I can say it was a lot cheaper than buying a new set of QTP's.

    hope this helps someone out!

Dude talk about timing. We have a set of DMH cutouts on my wife's SRT8. and i think one of the motors is going. I might just order a set to have as backup. Nice catch!

      Nice!

I would say double check that it's the same Spec # as the Camaro one - I'm not sure the SRT8 uses the same low profile plate / motor.

I would GUESS that they do, but I don't want you swearing at me either!

Yeah, i believe its universal. Because when i started ordering it from maryland speed, it switched from the jeep page to a 3000GT page haha. So its all universal. And even if not i know to look for a stamp or branding inside. smart thinking.
