I would start with Speed in Schaumburg.

There are many shops in the area that can install the parts you're looking for. Ends has listed one. There's also Libertyville Chevy Performance Center, Straightline Performance, Finish Line Performance, etc.

With yours being an A6, be careful that you won't just go with the cheapest... The A6 can be totally destroyed if tuned incorrectly.

This was implied with the L99 to LS3 conversion bit, but thanks for the clarification.

I can do installs in my garage, but can't tune it. Would trailer it to a tuner, Brandon at fast or Mike at straightline are good, haven't delt with speed yet. They do installs too if you want a one stop.

Paul has done work on my car, I can speak for him on that. I also trust Wiki, he's very knowledgable. Speed did my exhaust.

                Thanks dude..

Many of us on here have had tunes and various installs with all degree of difficulty and detail... As long as you don't go to a shop that's known for breaking things, you should be good. Everyone has good and bad things to say about most of the performance shops in the Chicagoland area, it just comes with the territory.

If I left anyone out, it's because I wasn't sure I could list you, I haven't done business with you or I just plain forgot -- my bad.

I have a 2010 a6 and had supercharger and cam installed at libertyville chevy and then they had it tumed at straightline.
I would not reccomend straight line performance at all, their tune destroyed my transmission and my new torque converter within 30 days. Which was confirmed by dave at Yank performance when we Sent in a copy of the tune they did to check it. i could not drive my car for 2 months sorting out what happened and what was damaged. Car is still not right i. My opinion and they have still not reimbursed me my $1200.00 for the torque converter they destroyed . I took it to Branden at fast Motorsports after the dealer replaced all the destroyed clutches in my trans. Branden knows what he is doing. I would go there!!
