Sorry I missed that.. Yes, I know it's rough in times like this, but this is a very important statement. Not all dealerships are like this and it's a sad that one bad one can ruin things for a lot of the good ones.

There's a reason that I drive 30mi out of the city in two different directions for my dealerships of choice (Cadillac of Naperville and Libertyville Chevy). They've always done right by me and I've never had reason to not trust them.

I know everyone has different experiences and may not feel the same, but these are the two that I trust and have proven that trust repeatedly.

As an IT person, I know the feeling.. A lot of times we're given a bad name by the bad eggs among us and it makes it all the more difficult for those of us that aren't d-bags.. I'm always trying to explain to people that IT isn't just a bunch of people with paper certs, ridiculous egos and Nick Burns is not our role model..
