I had that happen on my v6 and my ss when I went to high flows. Had to replace one each time.

Very common on the G8's. It was always recommended to buy new O2 sensors just in case while doing headers.

so is everyone out of warranty or just skip the warranty and getting tunes?

I got my first tune 2 weeks after I got my car... and then turboed it 1 1/2 years ago.

sent from my galaxy s3. that would explain the errors.

                    Yup. Most chuck the warranty.

Chuck it. You don't hear of many cars blowing up just because of a tune. If you're that worried about it you shouldn't get the tune done.

Depends on what you want warrantied. I had all engine work Cam, SC, headers, etc... But I'm having my left rear power window motor replaced and my convertible top as well both under warranty.. But drive train....forget about it!
