So there is an issue going on with my car. And pretty much I was getting the runaround from my service advisor the issue is pretty big the big wigs are now involved. With that being said I don't want to get into specifics because I do not want to badmouth any dealer and or any other GM employees because that's not what I am here for. Now before anyone asks no I did not modify any of my engine components no pay to play .....anyway the purpose of this thread is to give recognition to someone who is helping me throughout this process. After I had my issue I called Heather up from the phone and I was getting the runaround and she stopped what she was doing gave me a call back and it went into detail and asked me all the questions that my service advisor should've asked me she gave the service manager at the dealer a call she is been keeping me informed and keeping in touch with me it's almost like she was my service advisor so Heather thank you very much for your dedication and helping follow through with a vehicle that is not even at your shop

T.The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

No thanks or recognition needed I am just doing my job for the club, as a friend, and as a GM dealership employee, but I do appreciate it greatly!
This is what I am here for... And I hope if anyone else encounters issues they will, as well, feel comfortable enough to reach out to me before calling customer assistance!
