Are these wheels repairable?

So i sold my wheels and shipped them out via fed ex..packaged them good as shown in the pics but in the 2 days that it took them to deliver it fedex managed to nick up the wheels...i submitted a claim for the buyer and they are investigating it right now...i told the guy to get a quote on how much itll be to repair but fed ex ended up picking them up before he could... So Im wondering if these wheels are repairbale? and if so how much u think per wheel? I was insured up to $1200 which is what i sold them for

Yes they are. Wheels of America could fix those for around 125 per wheel.

Well wheels r in georgia so hes going to have to fimd someone
