  • Hauling a trailer with my camaro.

I just moved my wife and son up here from Oklahoma and I did that by hauling a 8x5x4 u-haul trailer with my camaro. I was actually very impressed by how it handled with a fully loaded trailer. Thought I might share with anyone who is on the edge about hauling or not. If you have any Q's about it pm me. I warn you! The pictures you see are not eye pleasing. I had everyone driving from Oklahoma to Great Lakes stairing at me.

I scare myself sometimes too. I enjoy doing what others are too wussy to do.

If u-haul had made a truck with a backseat then I would of had no problem flying down to OKC and driving the truck up but, sense they dont and, I can't put my 1 1/2 month old son in the front seat this was the only option. I'll be honest. I got teary eyed when I realized this was what I had to do.

                    OH THE HORROR!!!!!

Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. With the safety of your family firmly in the forefront of your mind I understand the need to to do this but it is still very peculiar to see. I am glad you are now safe and sound up here.

NOW FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING CAMARO GET THAT THING OFF YOUR CAR!!!!! jk

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

I'm still debating if I should keep it or sell it. It would come in very handy at times but then again it is a camaro and it just doesn't look right with a trailer.

Think about it. You very likely have a mod that no other camaro on this forum has. It should give you a couple mod points somewhere!

If you plastic dip it, well ... just think of the possibilities!

If you had flown me to Oklahoma, I'd would have been happy to drive that beast back for ya! Nice hitch. Now you can haul extra tires to the track.
