Yes it will. My nephew took his cammed LS1 with out cats and a dump and passed emissions. I'll let you know when they make me go in. IL doesn't require a visual inspection.Comment

I just did the test on my Vette a couple of weeks ago. Used the self serve lane.
No one even checks the car.

Yeah you pull into the stall put a credit card in (you don`t get charged for anything)a door opens on the machine pull out a scanner and scan your VIN. Then you type in the first two digits of your mileage another door opens you take out the OBD II scanner hook it up to your computer start the car and let it run till it tells you to disconnect plug it back in to the machine get your credit card back and print out your test results. Pretty cool and fast.Comment
