Can somebody test something for me?

Somebody that hasn't put their camaro to hibernate,

I was driving home today and a car stopped suddenly in front of me so I had to slam on the brakes, not full locked up, tires did not break traction and not even the ABS activated but it was hard enough to if I had something on the seat it would had slammed it on the dash or on the floor,

so anyway when I did I heard someting inside the driver side door like a mechanical sound as if I had activated the power doorlocks but without the tump, so after that I slammed on my brakes just to test it and It did it everytime then if I take off kind of hard it makes the same noise but it sound like it goes the other way,

somebody knows if it is some kind of safety feature, I thought it was the seat belt locking up but it never locked up.

I also noticed a sound, but can't tie it to any specific event yet. Sounds like an old oil can being used, coming from the door.

Maybe something fell off in there if it seems to be going back and forth?

never mind about this guys, I am a total dork I usually leave my snow brush on the driver side rear footwell and the plastic handle was moving back and fort when I took off or slam on the brakes and was rubbing on the footwell plastic side panel but I swear that it sounded somewhat mechanical:439::stoned:
