Sup guys, do the 5th gens need a PCM tune if you do a CAI... Or CAI and headers? Will the cars throw lean codes or other codes?

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

Do you want to maximize the gains? I picked up 32 rwhp & 38 rwtq with a Roto-Fab CAI & Kooks long tubes and hi-flow cats without a tune. I held off on a tune because I knew I was stuffing a cam in shortly there after.
Also, you WILL throw a SES light with any style of longtubes you roll with....by moving the sensor so far back in the header...the computer sees the sensor reading slow and throws a code. Only way to get the light to go away is via a tune.
If there's any other questions you have, don't hesistate to ask.

Hmm maybe you can explain some of the terms that 5th gen guys are using.
So you for example did longtubes + high flow cats. So from the cats to over the axle, you are running stock pipes? Then from the over the axle pipes you are running a set of performance mufflers?2010 Camaro SS/RS L99

From the aftermarket cats to the mufflers ( over the axle ) is the OEM system. The OEM mufflers are cut back about 2" from the end and the aftermarket mufflers slip on.
Here's a couple of pics
