Heh! That's a pic that I found on C5. I have not done anything yet...

...but, yeah, like Bill said. Nothing that can't be put back or fixed. I've torn apart every interior of every car that I've ever had. Engines: Not me; Audio/Electrical: No prob!

That took me on a trip down memory lane...

The first significant mod that I ever did was building a Knight-Rider LED scanner for my '73 Chevelle! Another one was installing LED VU meters in my '79 Capri's console. <we need a face-palm emoticon>

I'm just reluctant to do these things myself because everytime I tackle a simple task within the house it seems to turn out becoming a project.

Heh. Been there, done that. It's not a project, it's an adventure!

As I have not been able to get hacked tethering working yet, I converted the tablet mount to hold just my phone.

I also picked up a ProClip today (bottom right) for the phone as this is where it used to hang from.
                        Very nice!!!

Found a new mount for my 7" Android. Much more sleek. Attached the phone mount to it, too.

Trying this out. Pulled down the arms that attached to the rear-view stalk and attached a mounting ball to the dash applique, as GM calls it (I call it the dash trim panel). I'm trying this as it bounced a bit on bumpy roads, but, this may actually bounce more. We shall see.

Bah. More bounce than before. Going back to mirror stalk.
