I believe Da Fisch is auto. Running with the stock gears to start is a good idea. Da Fisch so are you decided on a cam? If you cam then your engine will be more turbo friendly and need less boost to hit a given horsepower goal (less restriction, more efficient "pump").

The "best" gear for a given auto combo depends.

      I have a cam and ls3 in it already. specs are 227/239 .614/.624 115+3.
They haven't gotten back to me since thursday so when they email me I believe we are going to talk about a blower cam. and yes, I am auto.

Your current cam might be worth trying, no? It's on a 115 so seems like the overlap wouldn't be too bad?

I don't know how to read cam specs, speed inc did the install 5-6 months ago. If you think it is worth keeping/trying why not.

I like that cam......if your not after every last HP and FPTQ you'll be OK.

The question is, how do you like that cam now naturally aspirted?
