You will only find NGK plugs in my cars. Thats what i have always run when i can.
Wires, i dont feel are necessary to look for an upgrade unless you really need to demand a hot spark due to high HP. Stock is fine unless you want to change the look.

Yea I was thinking just stock replacement for wires too and I've always used NGK too I just wanted to hear others preference

I have the super thick & heavily insulated (due to header heat) wires from a shop in caliRacing is my life, everything else is just minor details.
