  • Congrats to Paul on his new build. 9.88 @ 141mph

So Paul is a member here but he doesn't post much. He had some problems with his previous build. He sent his car down to Florida to FSP and they worked some magic.

Just wanted to congratulate him on a new PB... 9.88 @ 141MPH...

Looks like i got some work to do haha

Made in florida. FSP rented a track out down there near their shop

Glad to see this. I know Paul has worked on getting his car corrected for a long time. I hope he can finally enjoy it.

Totally agreed. I know both you and I have been keeping tabs on him.

With that MPH and the video I saw. He has himself a 9.5x car. He is supposedly heading down at the end of the month and they are renting the track again so he can take some passes. Thought that was some top notch service there.

Looks like i gotta step up my game haha

Some serious competition for your new build right there.

Yeah, it will be extremely difficult for me me to run those times with my 6 speed. So we will see how long this turbo400 I have sitting here stays out of my car lol

                Lol

Paul is good people. I was really impressed, to think that those runs were just shake downs passes lol. Hate to see the wick fully lit.

Me too. Hoping to grab a lane with him at Byron one day when I'm done...

Needless to say I am looking at purchasing my fuel system today. Bye bye $3k...

Yeah Jeremy you'll be a good race for him (if you swap out the 6 speed).

haha yeah, we will see. I know to consistantly go fast an auto is the way to go. But i Daily drive my car more then i race it so that would lose the fun factor.

But i will contimplate the swap either once i hit a 9.99 with the 6 speed... or if i get close but cant reach it. Then i will swap it.

But time will tell. first step is getting my motor back in and hookin up all the little toys i have now.

Paul wants to drive it home, he does not own a trailer. I think it's doable and fun.

                            I'd bring tools though.

Yeah, I told him where he could rent a trailer but not sure he has anything to tow it with. It would be a fun drive home, but the end of February would not be the time of year I would want to do it. Hopefully the weather will hold out for him.
