For me, the optional Recaro Seats are the cats meow! If I was buying new again, I would have those seats.

I've been trying to make something happen, like that group buy thing, but it appears Chevy is guarding them like they were gold bricks.

I might have to go to a dealership, grab some poor bastard, and make them talk!

I got about 3,000 miles before winter hit on the Z. I'll be coming back to Nickey plenty of times for upgrades and see what we can do with the car but nothing too crazy. Just a good fast machine is my goal.

I might need to talk to you about seats though. I need a set of seats to hold me in place but we'll talk once the snow melts.

You guys should know by now that GM is always running at least a few steps behind NicKey : ) We have been using Corbeau seats in our race cars for years. Good value, safe and cumfy even for my fat arse.

Yes, the air bags which are blocked by the cage are by passed.

You can drive mine. When we meet up at an event you're more than welcome to give my Z a spin. It's no problem.

fyi...we are selling the two front stock seats out of this ZL1.
