honestly, long tube headers are headers. there are very minimal differences when it comes to performance.

Just make sure its all stainless and not cheap material and the primaries are the right diameter for your application. The catback portion is what really changes the sound.

You don't need to. But it's up to him, the GM Mls gaskets are the best ones hands down.
