I vote for Straightline in new Lenox, I have been going there since 2007 with no problems as well as my brother's 2010 L99 my 3 other friends with L99's and another friends GTO. I met Zeus who is a member here and they go above and beyond to get you what you need. To them no question is dumb enough.
If your getting started on your modding from what I've seen at the track and dynos is the combination between a vararam (the ones that need tuning of course!) a set of kooks 1 7/8 headers tied in to a corsa catback (to keep the drone down) a good tune of course and a 160 thermostat will get you in the low 12's and if your lucky (cold air) a very high 11's! I've seen it lol.
