Overall trip length was 3665.0 miles (actually backed in the garage on the .0)
My computer doesn't register gas mileage correctly any longer due to the larger injectors for the blower, so I have to compute it using the old method.
On the way back from MN, I cleared Trip 1, MPG and MPH then on fill up again saw the following numbers:
359.2miles Trip 1
Filled with 14.1G gas
60.9 MPH average
Computer showed 30.1MPG (Calculated is 25.475MPG)
The long trip with all the mileage, the speed ups, slow downs, traffic jams, me hot dogging it though the back roads of KY, etc. etc. etc. are as follows:
Trip 2 - 2828.6mi
Avg MPG - 23.5 mpg
Avg MPH - 43.8 mph
Correcting the Avg MPG yields an actual mileage of 19.89 MPG
That includes my one tank of 91/89 OCT gas mix (lame middle of nowhere stations -- babied the crap out of it). It also includes our overall cargo weight (passengers + stuff) of about 450lbs.
Neither set of mileage data is outside of what I would expect.
