Anyone know where I could buy a 6L80E performance Auto trans for my 2011 SS or have mine beefed up? I had a Kenne Bell, camshaft and kooks headers installed and tuned to put out 600HP at the wheel late last year and now I get intermitten chatter into second with my stock trans.

Yeah I tried FLP but they want to put a 4L60 and I would lose the paddle shifters and the 6 speed and a with lot of mods.. BTY I blew my Trans 2days after GLD haha. I have a bud at the dealer trying to warranty it but its hard to warranty a Trans when there's a supercharger involved

Well a built 4L80E can handle more abuse than either the 4L60 or the 6L80. Some guys I know have gone mid/high 8's with a 4L80.
I would talk to Rodney or someone at RPM Transmission and see what they think.
Have you been running any sort of trans cooler? Do you have all the torque management out of your tune?
EDIT
One idea I have is if I ever do a power adder, to leave the torque management in on regular driving mode, and have it reduced in sport mode.2010 Camaro SS/RS L99

I hate to say it but my Trans was 2 qtz low on fluid from the factory or the speed shop drained some out on accident and did not top off. I did not notice the low fluid until after the build. So after driving it for two weeks and multiple burn outs I checked the fluid and refilled it, of corse the speed shop denied any draining of Trans. It was my first time with a SC car so I thought the tires were breaking traction. However without the SC I did not notice it. My options now are go with a conversion kit to a HP4L80e or take a chance with a HP 6L80e (that most builders seem skeptical about).

I just got mine so I don't know if folks have trans cooler solutions for these cars that are built specifically for them... I'm sure there are.
Again I would check out Rodney @ RPM Transmission: rpmtransmissions.com
A 4L80E conversion will require a custom crossmember, new driveshaft, I'm not sure how the trans is controlled for a drive-by-wire car, and what other mods are needed. This conversion could exceed $5K I'm thinking even hit $6K.
Maybe you can drive to RPM and get it done, and then drive home. Plus they might have a trans cooler option. You have to run one for your combo. I've run some race ones in the past, I've had a YSi Vortech on a car and then I put an 88mm turbo on the same car. Never lost the trans.2010 Camaro SS/RS L99
