Circle D picked it up for free ( only 31 miles from century trans). With stock Trans and torque converter last year it put out about 560 at the wheels

What's the cost on Manual 6 to built Auto 6 in our cars? Anyone know? Since some of you are familiar with good trans shops.

                I read a post that 1stGM put a 4L80 in his M6 here is the link http://www.chicago5thgen.com/showthread.php?t=3956
I was quoted a billet 4L80 with converter for about 8k from RPM Trans. There was no one in the region that rebuilds Billet 6L80e transmissions. Mine was 6L80e

Read that one, but it's a 4 speed.

8,000 for the trans w/ donut? Jeebus...

I thought us stick guys had expensive parts to deal with.

RPM builds great parts but they are proud of what they do and the price shows.... If you piece meal the various parts for a 4l swap from various vendors you can do EVERYTHING for under 5k.. That is with a trans warrantied for 750 hp....
