Have considered swapping my roto fab intake for a R2C intake. Is there really a difference to make it worth it or should I just keep the roto fab. Secondly I have considered getting a tune but don't know if it worth it with only an intake and catback exhaust as my performance mods. Should I wait until I get more performance mods done? For those who have tuned their cars is it worth it?

Do the tune, you have no idea what a difference a tune will make. Since you have an auto it will wake the car up considerably. Most places that do tuning will charge you an hourly rate to re-tune for other mods. It's not like you have to pay full price for a re-tune to accommodate future mods.

I think getting a hand-held would be the more economical choice. I'm not sure how big of a difference it is between a dyno tuno and a hand-held but for $300 you can sure do alot with the sct x3 (turn out afm, trans, change a/f ratio, spedo limit rev limit, etc)
I was thinking of doing this because you can revert back to your stock settings (if you need to bring it to the dealership)
and if you buy it from jannetty racing you get a free tune, personalized to your car!sigpic
