Toasty is correct in that CAI and Roto-Fab are your best choices and with being the best choices they are more costly. However, performance wise, either brands are the best way to go. I have a CAI on my V8 Camaro while my wife's V6 Camaro has the Roto-Fab. If you're an asthetics type, there's one benefit to the Roto-Fab in that you can get a color match to your vehicle color. Again, if that's important.sigpic

I never see K&N listed with anyone and was figuring it must not perform well. I've used K&N on other cars/trucks I've owned and never had a problem. I have not had mine dyno tested yet. IMO, I haven't really done anything to it yet so why dyno test it at this point. I saw the thread and was just curious about the V8.

he"s got a 2012 its a different motor! da!! ( ps remove neg battery cable before install. install cable back when job is complete. start car and drive it a bit, don't rorget to disable track & stability just hold button down takes about 5/10 seconds then drive you will feel the diff!!!!!!!!!!! 2 icons will appear on your tach
