As cool as it would be, I can't see it. Would step all over the V8 SS'es toes.

Very interesting indeed! And 12 lbs of boost too. I wonder how many (if any) of these parts will be able to be used in a LLT or LFX

I would think the SS would still get better performance with whatever the newer engine is for that model. Unless they change the model offering. Hell, this could end up in a Gen6 SS with the LS/LT getting a four banger.

Meh. I would be surprised to see this in a Camaro before Gen 6. Then all bets are off. Could easily have this alongside the "new" LT1 then, with refreshed LT1 in the 'vette then.

Why would the vette need a refreshed LT1? It weighs less, so would out perform an SS Camaro with the same engine.

It's ok the Mustang is getting a 2.0 EcoBoost in the non GT models over in Europe.

I'm betting on this being the Cadillac ATS-V engine!

Odds are good for this to make an appearance in the 6th Gen Camaro.

Don't count on many more updates to the 5th Gen after the 2014 facelift.

Actually, isn't it overdue from the "Leno Camaro"?!

no, not really. Pretty sure the Leno car was a modded LLT. Not so much with the new one. We do know that it's not available for 2014 MY.

I was disappointed to learn the Leno Camaro was *just* a tease...

Folks on GM Inside News Forum are also saying the Camaro V6 could use some extra performance or handling package... I guess with parts bins full of options, V6 drivers can roll their own on the handling side easily.
