Anyone know what I should expect an install for an axle back exhaust system to cost? My flowmaster american thunder kit showed up yesterday, itching to get it put on now.

My guess would be around $200 give or take. Contact Larry@speedinc. We get discounted labor and they can get it done fast.

Dan is right, I put my MRT myself at a friends shop but he said that if he had to do the job would be $150-$200

I love the kit, it's pretty deep in tone. The online videos are nothing like in person. Deerfield tire was awesome, they surely will get my camaro business in the future. I will get a little video up soon, but it really doesn't do this system justice.

the flowmaster was my first choice but then I heard the MRT and I just had to have it, but I would like to hear it in person to see exactly what I miss.

You have to take your time. Mess around with them and then tighten up on the clamps. I even put a couple tack welds on the exhaust to make sure they stay in place.

ON side went on straight, the other didn't. The installer had to work it a little to get them both straight. I think the guy in the flowmaster video even noted this could happen as the stock pipes might not be even.

small shop in round lake, actually axelbk is not hard to do, they just cut the pipes and clamp the new ones, you can get any small shop to install that but if you do catbk then have a good shop do it
