Extensive Exhaust Research For The V6

Today I did some extensive exhaust research before making my purchase.

I originally posted in my welcome thread that I was going to go with the Borla cat back system. I was mainly picking Borla because of the name, assuming it would sound amazing on the Camaro.

After coming across this thread on Camaro5:

I realized that my favorite sounding exhaust was not going to cost me $1200 or so.

I listened to every single video in each thread and my two favorite sounding exhausts came from SLP. Unfortunately SLP only has axel back systems, but the funny thing is that they sound more aggressive, throaty, and have a great deep tone compared to any full cat back system I listened to.

They currently have three systems out on the market and I am torn between two of them. Some input would be great if you guys would not mind listening to the vids and telling me which one you think sounds better.

These two were my favorite:

They also have this one:

But I don't think it is aggressive enough for me.

The SLP's do indeed sound pretty good. Were there clips of the Solo Mach II exhaust in that clip thread? I haven't looked regularly

I didn't see anything about the Mach II. I only saw stuff about the Mach XLT. Personally I would not buy solo because it is not true dual exhaust. Its two pipes from the headers flowing into one muffler then back to dual pipes out the back.

I want true dual, 2 OF EVERYTHING!!!

Well as much as a car sounding like a Ferrari sounds cool, I'm not sure that's the sound I am looking for. It will be hard to achieve with a V6, but I'm really looking for that old school american muscle sound.
