Looks like the RK Spoiler has replaced the MPD spoiler. Very similar and looks great! Still look forward to seeing the whole deal in person.

Yeah - Too long of a wait for the MPD Spoiler, and RK makes a great one, so it really wasn't much of a compromise.

Only a couple more things I need to do on the outside of the car, then it's working on engine, interior and trunk. Although, I might need to buy a winter beater by then. Maybe in a couple years I won't have to drive it in winter. .

Been a while since I updated my page: Updated the front page too while I was at it.

Been working on my engine compartment a bit. Got a dress up kit from Showstopper accessories with some Transformers logos on them a while ago, but never posted anything.

Also installed a MACE stage 4 ported intake manifold with the VMAX Black Ice-Olator port matched to the intake manifold. Also installed VMAX ported throttle body.

After installing all of this, if I didn't gain any HP, I'd be surprised. It feels like its a completely different car - pulling so much harder, and the power hits almost instantly now, no hesitation.

Looking good, Altma! Time for a dyno run to see the HP gain.

I know tunning the V6 is a tough job, but I am wondering....no tune required with those changes?

I don't think a tune is required for those - the CPU should be able to work out the airflow. However, I am waiting for HP tuners to get their butts in gear and finish out the fuel tables so I can get a proper tune. I'll probably get my LT headers before the tune too, then I'll pretty much have all bolt ons I can get done.

A tune probably isn't "required"... but there is room being left in the table by not making proper adjustments. So it's safe, just not maximized.

Is there anyone offering Dyno Tunning on the V6's?

I don't know of any in the area. There's a few places working the HP Tuners to get data from dyno tuning v6's. Definitely has been going in the right direction - they keep opening more and more maps. Got one guy that cammed his v6 just tuned with HP. He made 40hp off them, but they had to cut the dyno at 6800rpm. Redline is 7100, so there's still power to be made. He should be the first NA 300HP Camaro when it's all said and done.

My understanding the support is there for what mods you have. It's thr FI applications that aren't 100% dialed in yet. Any shop with HP Tuners can tune your car for your mods and keep it safe and reliable.

None of the shops that use HP want to use the beta stuff, though.

I don't believe it's in the beta version anymore. The new beta is now for dodge and Ford stuff I think. Could be wrong though, just going by what I have heard.

Not to many shops in are area will touch the LLT, (I've checked). I just don't trust someone learning to tune on my car, since all the tables are not in the system yet, and the tables are different than the LS Series.
