It comes in all colors! Any fabric store should have this.
Example
The color I chose was Mediterranean.
This stuff is round with a flat "tail" (imagine the side view of a comet). What you do is push the tail into the gap around the panels with a credit card. Simple, but hard work on the door panels as the gap is very small.Comment

Here's a close-up showing the piping and my two-card technique. The small one opens the gap and the bigger one is easier to hold and push.
I found that heating with a lighter and pinching it closed kind of works to seal the ends so that the central, cotton cord does not stick out on the ends.Comment

Thanks, I like it, too!
I need to find a good solution for the ends on the doors. They tuck in well on the dash, but the door panels are too tight. If I don't figure it out, my excuse is that the doors are closed when I'm driving or showing it off!
