  • Do break caliper covers rust?

Hey guys, I recently bought a set of brake caliper covers for my camaro, and I was planning on installing them right away, but then I started to wonder if they will rust because of the salt and stuff during the winter, so my question is, do any of you have the covers all year round, and if so do they rust? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the paint on them is powder coated. I highly doubt they will rust on you. However, as they say "nothing last forever". All in all, you should not have any problems.

They're probably made of aluminum so probably won't rust, but I bet they will pit eventually.

They're covers, so should not be hard to replace if they go bad.

          Yes, they're powdercoated aluminum.
