  • Powder coating or paint

Looking to paint my strut tower brace, or powder coat it. Looking for a shop in the NWI, or Chicago area that is reputable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have some pieces at CPC in Crest Hill, IL. (by Joliet) There is a powder coating place by you in Gary on Cleveland St. I believe. I havent seen any of there work. That is why I went to CPC. They are a little slow but do good work. Here's the website for the shop by you. http://tintmandan.webs.com/contact-us

I would have recommended your Pete but he did ask about NW Indiana so that is why I suggested the place I did.

Ryan, did yours take forever and a day? I've had 3 pieces there for 6 weeks and still not done.

I had hydro dipping done there, not powder coat, but the 5 pieces I had painted and hydro dipped took about 4 weeks. But they are notorious for getting really busy and taking forever

Mine are being hydrodipped. Shifter knob, cover around shifter and pipe for CAI. Just curious because it seems like they are taking a long time.

I don't mind driving within reason if the work is quality. I'm only 15 minutes from the state line on I94. But don't want to wait forever to get something back.

                          Powder coating or paint

I painted mine AGM. Has held up well.

This will make you feel better - I dropped off a couple pieces to my powdercoater the week before thanksgiving and I still do not have them back. I finally called yesterday inquiring and am supposed to pick up this Saturday. Guess he just needed a little

I could definitely help you out. The color choice with powder coating are limited. I would recommend painting them.
