Got to get heat in the garage! I have an electric unit heater that I put in myself. Super easy. Bought it at Farm and Fleet. It's 220V, so it really isn't to bad in regards to cost of operation. DO IT! You won't regret it.

Heated garages are the best. I'm building a house right now with a 3-1/2 car garage, R-12 garage doors, and 2x6 walls. My buddy has an HVAC business so we're going to put in a high efficiency furnace just for the garage. He did that in his and keeps it at 65 during the Winter. Even if you just put a heater in to warm it up while you work, it's so much nicer when you need to do any work on your cars.

Yup. I normally keep it just warm enough to keep my chemicals (paint, adhesives) from freezing. When I'm out there working, 60-65° is usually enough.
