    Engine Covers and Strut Tower Brace

    Just got my new paint job done on my RotoFab engine covers from Countryside Customs. They also did the strut tower brace in matte black to match other engine components. They did a fabulous job on the custom paint.

    The engine covers are a black backgound with red pearl added to match my custom stripes. The flames are RJT with pearl added to make them pop in the sun. The letters are RJT outlined in white with silver and red added to give them a 3 dimensional shadow effect. The photos don't begin to do them justice as they need to be seen in the sun to really get the affect.

      Looks great Jim, can't wait to see your car even more now. Steve was telling about what they were doing with your engine covers when we were at the Sycamore show this past Sunday. He is very creative for sure. Back in the 80's he painted my Firebird twice. Here are a couple of pics from that.

          I won't be able to make out on Thursday, we are getting ready to go to Paris on Friday for the weekend. That's Paris Illinois. I'm sure that we run into each other soon. Did Steve tell you about the show that they run in Warrenville, it's this Saturday. I won't be there unfortunately but my car will be there.

            Wow, that engine compartment looks really good, Jim. I see a transition from "go" to "show"!

                    Oh yeah, its probably better you don't listen. Especially the nice little rock with the lope and everything... I'd say it's in the best interest of your wallet to stay away.
