Does after market exhaust void my warranty or a cold air intake that's what the dealer said ??

Yes and no. Only if they can prove that those modifications are the cause of the failure or damage.

I had my trans output shaft repaired under warranty while being twin Turbo. So just depends on how the dealer wants to reasonably look at the situation
