Just received these and had to pop them on to see how they look. Demon is wrapped for the winter, so I could not get better pics yet (raining out now too), but thought I would share this first peek.

I think Santa may leave me a set of these on the 25th. I saw these at C5 Fest, the guy had a booth there. I was going to purchase but he didn't have white.

This picture of white with the heritage grille is what got my attention. Thought they flowed nicely with the heritage grille.

I say this out of love for the appearance of the zl1, or any 5th gen. Hide those hideaways, they don't work like they do for the first gens.

Same here, Pete. With Christmas a week away, I'm guessing Santa has already arranged the delivery of these if it's happening.

Side note: These are no different than any other aftermarket mod where some people like, others with not. I wavered back and forth on the GM GFX before I pulled the trigger, now glad I did. We'll see how these look in person. I asked a few guys here at work what they thought of them and not all, but mostly were possitive. These guys are older car people (like me) and will be truthful in their opinions. I bounce a lot of ideas off of them. They helped me decide on my wheels. It's all about one's perspective and taste. Good thing about these is that they are installed/removed in a couple of minutes which is nice. If nothing else, I'm thinking they would at least provide some protection from rocks, etc. for the headlights/parking lights when I'm on the highway.

To follow on what Fastfreddie said, in some cases, such as this one, I am not that crazy about them on Demon's color Camaro, but I think they look absolutely awesome on the white Camaro. Wierd I know, but color does matter for some strange reason. I thought about these for mine, but just don't like the look on a VR.

I think a lot has to do with grille color- heritage body color or no.
