I used to laugh when the sun was in my eyes and I would attempt to shade some of the sun with my visor and it didnt cover anything really....but not anymore! I came up with the idea for spacers so that the sun visor could just sit a little bit lower, say like an 1". I designed these parts using Autodesk Inventor which is a 3D-modeling program and then printed them on a 3D printer at work. I just test fit them and they really do the trick! Would anyone on here have an intrest in something like that?
