I got it new and I think if I don't exchange it all I would see is that spot,lol . Thanks for the pic and help... I'm not sure yet. I sent the dealership an email. I wanted to install it Friday with the new headlights but it'll have to wait for another I think

They are sending me a new one. this one will go back. It will bug me, over and over and over if I don't. So the install will wait I guessComment
