Where did you guys get the LED mirrors done and cost? Are there other variations?
Also, have you seen other options for ones that are similar to the wrap-around signal light:

It actually is the only way with the factory 5thgen mirrors. Showstopper and Larry (Speed Inc) work on these projects like these together. Showstopper made these mirrors and as of right now is the only supplier for them. They are both awesome vendors and support our site as Sponsors!

For both 4th & 5th Gens, there seems to be no replacement mirrors available to add these kinds of things and overcome limitations in the factory ones. There are many options for other cars...
What about that GM turn signal mirror on the Camaro in Japan, aren't they orderable here? I think it is a whole different dimension mirror:

LOL, it's not ideal, but that's like what you see OEM on most other cars...
The LED solution is not ideal either, at least this extends to the edges -- not sure if it has the turn arrow LEDs on the mirror side or not.
