Skyfox stopped by this weekend to give his engine compartment the facelift it needed. The car is a 2011 ZL427. So the exterior has plenty of mods done to it and the only thing left to tie it all in was the engine compartment bling.
We started out with doing a custom engine cover using IBM on the main areas and silver ice metallic as the accents which is the same color as the stripes. The center section of the engine cover is matted black to somewhat retain that factory look.
We really wanted to bring as much of the exterior as possible into the engine compartment. To do this we also added one of our premium underhood kits. Imperial blue with some chrome accents. Just like the wheels. To top this off we also added a number of billet caps. And the list thing to really clean this engine compartment up we installed a matted black radiator shroud, again just to clean things up a bit and somewhat retain a factory look.
This is one sweet ride. Yet another i wanted to take home with me.
