I think I know how to get the afterburner look, so I ordered a tail light to play with. Instead of telling someone else how I'd do it, I figured I'll just do it! I'll post if/when I have it right. The light should come in tomorrow or Thursday.
The plan is for a total drop-in: Pull the four lights and install new ones.Comment

I would like to see this too.... I have the AAC ones and happy with them. Hope to see what you are going to do. I will help if needed too as I saw the guys take mine apart and put back together. I have the new CFFL tube for mine that broke.
