We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the result and refunded your money 100%! Including the material costs and the unmounting, mounting, and balancing fees. We are members of many other boards and have done custom coating for many customers that have been very happy with the results. As far as the accusation that they were spray painted, this couldn't be further from the truth. Had we not been in the process of limiting the powder coating side of the business, we would have offered to re-do them at no expense to you. We are sure that wherever you have decided to take them to be redone will do a fantastic job. In closing we apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best in the future.

Why would you even take on the job if you knew you were going to outsource the work. I wanted work done by your company not some other company that I haven't even heard of. And if you knew you were going to limit the powder coating side of the business, yet again why would you take on the job? You make absolutely no sense whatsoever and personally people that do shit like that shouldn't be in business. As for your reply to my wheels being spray painted, how would you know if your company didn't even do the work.

You seemed like a nice guy when I met you Matt, but unfortunately my view of you has changed completely when you decided to outsource my work and they did a piss poor job. If you think that the job is good enough for you, then I guess you have low standards, very low standards. My car is a weekend driver, and show car... Imagine what people would say about the wheels at a show. I could have waited to have the work done. I didn't need my wheels back in two weeks. I had all the way until the end of March, and I think I even told you that I don't care how long it takes as long as the quality of work is the best possible.

Oh and don't give me any crap about there is nothing you can do if the material (wheels) are already in bad condition. The rims were flawless when you received them, the car has less than 1,000 miles on it and those rims are brand new straight from the factory.

Guys I understand there is a lot of dissatisfaction about work preformed but lets please not make this thread a crap slinging contest. Thread closed, I hope everything works out for everyone. C5G is doing everything to show support for our members and help point them in the right direction as far as vendors go.
