I have the parts to do this on mine, including the plug and play harness, waiting for a bit warmer weather, but it will get done soon.

Bill, we could even do yellow in yours!

Looks good what color is that. Did you use the tube like the factory does.

I have iced blue and am interested in doing this, have been talking with Tony he sent me some info on the three types of ways to do it, seems like a little wok around the speedometers, but I really only want the straight line right side and the two inch straight line left side, don't need anything around the speedometers

Pete, it's the same style lightpipe as the factory uses...I used 3 GM LEDS for the ice blue.

Bill, the tap for the passengers side light is behind the speedo....unless your vin is above 50K, in which case you need to get more creative as far as where you tap into the ABL.

I fiddled with it over 2 days here and there....total time spent is maybe an hour tops.

Well, crap.. My last 6 are 208809.. Guess I'll be hunting for alternate plugin locations.

A guy on C5 sells a cool harness that makes it plug-and-play. It uses the 4-pack connector.

Cool deal... I had been reading through the threads on it.. but, it started branching for awhile and then I just lost interest until there was a full solution.. I'll have to check in to that.

I was the same way. Once somebody figured out the easiest method to put it together, including the plug-and-play harness (which I have now) I had to go for it.

Yeah, Bill I somewhat forgot about the glow on the speedometer there for a minute. The ABL on the dash (and doors too) can be done in the factory ice blue, or with a bit more work, any other LED color that you can think of.

Which method of using the light tube did you use. I know there is two different ways.
