? on blacking out rear pannel

i see alot of camaros with the rear panel were the tails are... can this be done by with a vinyl or does it have to be painted because of the shape?
i want to get the chrome around the tails painted black but id also like to get the area surrounding the tails blacked out too (like that red berger camaro)

because of the shape can it be vinyl or does it have to be painted?
any ballpark ideas on how much it would cost before i start looking into it?

The blackout panel is the signature of Berger Chevrolet, best to paint it...

There are vinyl kits. Xtreme could also do it.

showstopper how much and whats usual turn around time? Can you black out the chrome on the tails too? How much for that as well. Im going big with the black and orange. Getting therims pwder coated this week
